The Big Valley Chapter is the one of 19 chapters of the California Society of Enrolled Agents, an organization representing Enrolled Agents (EAs) throughout California. Enrolled Agents are licensed by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers before all administrative levels of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), including examination, collection and appeals.
